Questions
Do I have to use all three parts?
No. Turn off any part you don't want, for example keep the Dock and use only the wallpaper and the clock.
Does it slow my Mac down or drain the battery?
No. The video pauses whenever you can't see it, under windows, in full screen, when the Mac is locked or asleep, and when Low Power Mode is on or the Mac is hot or busy. You can also have it pause on battery.
What videos can I use?
Any video your Mac can play, like MP4 or MOV, including videos from your iPhone, and photos too. Auraform converts each one for the lock screen by itself.
What permissions does it need?
Only the taskbar asks for any. Accessibility keeps maximized windows above the bar, and Full Disk Access lets the Trash icon show when it's full and empty it directly. Both are optional, and the setup explains what changes without them.
Does it work with more than one display?
The wallpaper plays on every display. The taskbar and the lock screen clock are on your main display.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep it. Every 1.something update is free. If there's ever a paid 2.0, you can keep using the version you have.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted, and entering a license brings everything back.
I bought it. How do I move it to a new Mac?
On the old Mac, open Auraform, choose License… and click Remove from This Mac. Then enter your key on the new one. See Find my license.
